Swim lessons are finally over. We loved going. Their teacher was great. Madison was the only one in her class, so she got very spoiled having Miss Trish to herself. Madison learned to swim very well. At this age Miss Trish said she wants the kids to be comfortable with the water and know what to do if they fall in. This was Garrett's third year, Madison's first. Garrett did so well, he is a great fish, I mean swimmer.

Trevor graduated from the Air Force boot camp on July 11! We are so very proud of him. He is now in Wichits Falls for more training. I wish we could have gone to see him. He will have weekends off and Wichita Falls isn't as far as San Antonio.

Adam is here on leave for a while. He will get to spend some time with his little girl. He had trouble getting here. He was supposed to get in at 8:45pm on Sunday. He came in at 4:00am! His flight was cancelled and on top of all that they lost his luggage. It all reminds me of a comic I read the other day. A man was filling up his car and a news reporter asks him why he was smiling while pumping $4 a gallon for gas. He said he was smiling because he wasn't flying.

Adam has been doing landscaping along with school, work, and mowing yards. Somewhere in there he sees us and gets a little sleep. He will be graduating in December, we can't wait. We are so proud of him.

I applied for a job last Friday for a library assistant job at Sangre Ridge. I probably won't hear anything until maybe the 21st. I still have very mixed emotions. I have enjoyed being with my kids this summer, it has gone by way too fast.
